Whenever possible please give at least 24 hours notice when having to cancel an appointment. We are a very busy salon and when given advance notice, we can often fill your spot with someone else who requires service. We understand that life can happen and last minute things can arise - but please be respectful for our time. We'd prefer you cancel on short notice than be a no show.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, modified, or an additional fee applied. Please be on time for your appointment, or if you know you will be late due to factors beyond your control, give us a call and let us know.
All product sales are final. Should your purchase be defective or broken, we will gladly replace it for you with proper proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on any service. However, if you are unsatisfied, please reach out and let us know within 7 days and we will work with you to make things right.
If you are feeling unwell, we do respectfully ask that you cancel and rebook your appointment for a later date.
All Gift Cards are to be physically presented at time of use. They cannot be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash. Orchid's Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards and is not able to reissue them to you. Our gift cards do not expire. Our certificates are valid for a specific period of time.
Orchids Salon & Spa has the right to reserve service to anyone who behaves in a way that is inappropriate or unsafe to our staff or other customers. We also will not tolerate anyone being disrespectful to any staff member or customer and you will be asked to leave the salon immediately.
